I have taken an Sride subscription to travel from my office to home. Since the day I purchased the subscription, no ride has been booked because there are no available rides. I have tried to contact customer support through email, but there has been no response, and there is no customer support number available. It seems like Sride is scamming customers by selling subscriptions without providing any services.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
