SRide - Rider says she paid however I haven t received the payment

I offered a ride on *-August-**** and a rider booked it and I accepted. Upon boarding, after some time she said she paid for it but it didn't show on my side, I thought maybe it'll take time to reflect. Even after few hours it wasn't updated and later I couldn't see details of the rider. There was another rider with me, she paid and I could immediately see it. Maybe the one in question here scammed me, but Sride needs to have measures for such incidents, I wasn't able to get hold of any sort of support from sRide, hence raising it here. I'm open for communication and if any more information is required from my side.
