Through Yatra mobile app I was trying to claim a refund for a cancelled flight, where I have chosen the NEFT option . But after I select the option, relevant steps are not showing anymore. I need to know the entire process for the NEFT refund ( mail address & supporting documents list) as I am not able to submit documents for the refund.
