Make My Trip Pvt Ltd - Unable to contact their customer service for travel date change cancellation

My booking for round trip flight from Munich -Delhi (Lufthansa airlines) in month of March **** got cancelled due to Covid-**. I initiated cancellation request in March itself and waited patiently for * months .Since,now I wanted to travel back to Munich, Germany in Lufthansa Special repatriation flights I contacted make my trip on *th july to keep PNR in open status and change the travel dates inplace of refunds on fare difference basis. on *th July I recieved the reply and they agreed to change dates and asked me to call for date change and have unethically marked my trip as completed on their website
i tried to call several times on their customer care number but it redirects to the website and gets disconnected. make my trip India has left me no medium to reach out to their customer service team and resolve this matter .
on contacting Lufthansa India they told me that the ticket has been cancelled and money has been refunded to make my trip on *th July ****.
I have lost all my patience and trust in Make my trip India and not intersted further in their services I request them to refund the money in my bank account at the earliest
