DEAR SIR
I WANT TO SAY THAT I HAVE BOOKED A FLIGHT THROUGH MY MY TRIP PVT LTD. BUT DUE COVID -** THE FLIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED BY AIRLINE .THEN AFTER I APPROCHED THE AIRLINE FOR REFUND ACCORDING TO DGCA GUIDLINES I AM ELIGIBLE FOR FULL REFUND. BUT THE AIRLINE SAID THEY MY AMOUNT REFUNDED ON *RD JUNE ON TRAVEL AGENCY(MAKE MY TRIP PVT) ACCOUNT. BUT THE TRAVEL AGENCY GIVE CREDIT VOUCHER THEY DIDT PROCESSED MY REFUND ON ACCOUNT. I HAVE NO FUTURE PLANS FOR ANY TRIP. I DONT WANT ANY CREDIT VOUCHER . I WANT MY MONEY BACK ON MY BANK ACCOUNT.
