I made my booking for the trip on **th Nov **** from Makemytrip. I got a call (**th November **** around *.** Pm) that Lachen and Lachung which are there in my itinerary are closed. They informed this after ** days of my booking. Lachen and Lachung did not get closed on the day they are calling me to inform.Flash flood happened in the month of October**** in
those places and those places are closed from that time. So if they are closed from long time
(from October ****) why is MakemyTrip showing this in their itinerary and allowing people to book? I trusted them as they are showing in their itinerary of package and booked the same. I also
checked just now and still that package is available for booking. Which is fraud by MMT. Since Lachen and Lachung are not possible (major tourist attractions are in those * places) which is just ruining my entire
trip experience, I had requested makemytrip to cancel this booking and refund the entire amount. (I understand this is Natural calamity, however I trusted MMT and made booking thinking it is Open as they are
still showing in their itinerary knowing that these
places are closed) Also after booking package , I
contacted makemytrip assigned travel desk and they also replied saying they will arrange permits for Lachen and Lachung (On **th November) I cant go like this without visiting all places and modify my plan since those days are wasted. I would request a full refund on my booking from makemytrip. Attaching mail

HAVE RAISED MULTIPLE TICKETS AND I AM GETTING NO PROPER RESPONSE. They have provided alternate itinerary which is a complete waste as those those places can be covered in *-* hour but they have included those for * days instead of canceling my entire trip.
