I bought a brand new Alcazar on ** april **** from khanna Hyundai Yamunanagar.
And after approximately * months and **** km there is bulge on one of the tyre. I have asked the senior person in the service centre to do something about that. He said that the tyres are third party thing and we can’t do anything about this. The vendor APPOLO tyres said that it is because of some external damage so it is not covered under warranty and insurance officer said that it is a manufacturing defect so we can’t help you out. I even complained on Hyundai’s customer care number and after that the senior official at Hyundai and APPOLO tyres called me and spoked so rudely that you have filed a complaint now i see how you get your claim
Feeling helpless at this point
Very bad experience with Hyundai and APPOLO TYRES its been a month now my car is standing in there serice centre but no solution provided by any official.
Suggestion for Hyundai motor’s india you should break your tie up with APPOLO Tyres and should provide some good quality stuff since the car move on four wheels and your cars are so expensive customer satisfaction should be your first preference.
