One Booking is done on **th Aug'**, after cancellation of bus I have to booked in another bus and again bus operator cancelled booking due which my two booking money is blocked with Yatra.com. I have mail to support yatra.com but no response yet I have received. Yatra.com just take away money from customers and they take *-*month to refund those amount, what about time value of money?? these days yatra.com getting worst in giving service. After back to back cancellation of bus service for the reason they don't have enough passenger so they get cancelled bus service, what we as a passenger feel at the time of cancellation and not getting refund on time that things yatra.com doesn't no..
