I bought one TCL***.*cm l**p*us *k UHD led smart tv on **.**.**** which went out of order on Nov **** after complaint (no ******** dt **.**.** and ******** on **.**.****). The company replaced the tv set with another faulty tv set. I lodged another complaint on **.**.** no ******** and several complaints to their customer care and by email (IN ********** on **.**.**, In***********-**). But they are doing nothing. Customer care team giving ph. no. of service centre but after calling either they are not picking phone calls or telling to call customer service. We are unable to watch tv for the last * months. The company is doing nothing.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
