Tcl India - TCL rejecting service in warranty period

I bought TCL TV from flipkart in December **** with * years warranty.Now TV stopped working and regarding this I have raised the complaint to TCL on July** ****.They asked me to wait for * week and after * week when I call TCL they again and again extended time to wait.Now, after waiting ** days TCL telling your TV is under * year warranty so we can not provide free service to you.
I have attached the warranty proof(flipkart invoice)Please help me on this.
