My name is ASHISH.I have purchased a Tcl **inch tv.The tv had a problem in **** April.I have purchased the tv from Amazon.Now it's been * years my tv problem is not yet solved .My case is taken up by South zone manager his name is Gurdeep he is (Journal manager) of South zone and I am from Hyderabad.There is one more boy his name is Jagadeesh he is my services man (SRI SAI COMMUNICATION).He and that Gurdeep they have done my complaint.Gurdeep has give his personal number and every day he told the tv has been dispatched he has prolonged it many months we didn't know that he was playing game with as us.After many months we have contacted the Tcl customer care and then he came again to us and started a new game once again and this went more months..Now they called us and telling us that we will receive refund..but it is loss for me cause I have paid *lakh and I am getting **,*** thousand.and the remaining amount I have paid to the government but I need a tv not any sort of refund cuse in any sort of way I am in loss..so please kindly check I need a tv cause every time the Gurdeep told I am getting the tv but it is not .So kindly please help me please help me please
