- TV issue not resolved Closed
I purchased Micromax TV: Micromax **cm (**) HD Ready LED TV with Sr. No. *****B*******B with *-year standard warranty & * years extended warranty (without any terms & condition of Installation) on **-**-**** from Flipkart with Invoice number FAABDP**********.
TV not working properly (picture attached) so raised a complaint on **-**-**** with complaint ID: MHH**********. After the complaint, the TV was collected by Mr Tupe & Mr Bhambre from my house & given me feedback. After an inspection that I will get a replacement from Micromax after payment of **** Rs of service charge, but not got the replacement. After my calling to them, they have told me that I will not get any replacement because the installation was not done by Micromax team. I told that I am using TV on the table & also the TV is plug & play, so what installation you mean to say. They argued saying talk to Micromax tv. Yet the complaint is not resolved, need your support in this case. Also, Flipkart is not supporting to resolve this issue.
