Micromax - Mircomax Led not working. customer care not responding

Hi.
I bought a micomax ** inch full HD led ** month back and led stopped working on *st week of september. I raised a complaint on *th sep with complain number HR-******-*******. Their executive came and said there is problem with display, we will replace your led in * week. After that no one has come till now to replace the led or parts of led. I have been calling customer care again and again, and everytime they are saying, it will take *-** working days. and now its been ** days and my led is not working, nor the customer care is responding. And even after these, customer care and service guy is using abusive language and not helping in any way.

Please take the appropriate action against micromax services
