Micromax - New micromax mobile not working with Jio sim

Received new micromax mobile note* from Flipkart site on ** Nov **** and it worked fine till *th Dec **** and stopped working with my Jio sim from *th dec ****. Same jio sim card is working in other mobiles. Other sim card e.g Airtel,bsnl are working on note* mobile except jio network. I took it to micromax service center where note* works well due to strong signal.
I called Jio customer care executive but they said since jio sim is working in other mobile that means issue is with mobile set note*.
Micromax service center directs me Jio customer service and vice versa.
I am frustrated and disappointed. Kindly help me out
