Purchased LG TV UN**** on dated **.**.****.During installation, service person who belongs to LG Electronics did a damage to the TV in front of us only. But they are arguing on our side. Due to damage display got scratches.
We had contact customer care and explained the scenario, but they are not able to lodge a complaint on the service person.
And also they are not giving replacement.
Please help me.....
