TSRTC - TSRTC Shadnagar Depot misguiding the people

Respected Sir/Madam, when I am travelling to my village with my children on the occasion of Sankranthi on **.**.****, i got a bus shadnagar depot at Devarakadra bus stand @**:** PM i have taken * adult and * children tickets to Lalkota stop. when i am seeing the fare is wrong. i.e. for adult they are charging Rs.**/- and for children Rs.**/- . when i asked the conductor, he replied rashly & used un-parliamentary language and being a graduate i was hurt and he suggested me to raise a complaint in court or go and ask the CM (KCR). Hence, I am requesting you to kindly examine the issue and take necessary serious action and do the justice me. Thanking you Sir/Madam
