I have booked a ticket through tsrtc official website on **/**/****(Saturday) after payment deducted through the UPI transaction. I returned to website for confirmation of ticket. But unfortunately it is showing error. Later I contacted to the officials they just replied, u need to wait for * working days to refund your money. The problem is that I have only those money to return back to my home then how should I go back to my home without money credit in my account. Because of the website issue or error Should I wait for * working days for refund then after I go back my home. Who is going to pay me * days in current location.
