I had booked for bali honeymoon package on January ****, The trip was scheduled on March **th to April *rd and due to COVID-** the flights was cancelled and I had to cancel our trip, after that we had many number of follow ups with them for refund for which they dint give any positive response from there end for which the amount was completely paid by us and they kept on telling about some credit note and mentioned telling will share a mail about the same, but we don't get any mail response too from their end and this kept on continued and after few days they stopped attending our calls to..
