We had booked for our trip via shoes on loose for April ****. due to the nationwide lockdown owing to the covid ** pandemic, the trip had to be cancelled. Mr Mohit Poddar refused a refund and gave a replacement voucher instead. now, he is not reachable and we are unable to reschedule or get our money back. We have been cheated.
