We booked a *D/*N tour package for Dubai **March to **Mar, including hotel, land transport and flight with SOL. We cancelled our plan mid March due to covid** situation. Travel company initially promised to refund booking amount in form of credit note, later they stopped responding to calls and emails. Till date we haven't received any amount from them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
