I have booked tickets from Chennai to Trivandrum on ** Feb **** through Travolook. The ticket got cancelled due to some technical issue at Travolook end and. I have booked another ticket again and completed my journey. Till today I have done followups through mail, customer support everything to get my money back, but so far, no luck. They assure all time that we have already initiated payment and it will be in your account in * days and it is like a never-ending story. Please help me to get my money back as it is almost * months since the booking is done.
