I booked flight ticket using Travolook on *rd July ****. **** RS amount got debited(flight price which was their on travolook website) from my account and after that i have received one email from travolook side that they cancelled the flight ticket due to fare expiration.
After that i called them more than ** times, but in every call they mentioned due to technical issue we are not able to refund your amount yet or process will take **-** working days, and so on. Till now i'm still trying but still they are not resolving my problem. Every day i feel like they will not refund my amount.
I also mailed them multiple times, but in mail also they are like please be patience, give us some time. And then they are not sharing any date by which they will refund my amount.
They harass me alot, sharing all details here as my last hope to get my money back.
Please help me on this such that i will get my money back.
