Travolook - Travolook have not refunded the amount

I booked a ticket on December *st **** from travolook and the Reference Number is - REF********* date of travel was *th January **** from Delhi to Bangalore but after the ticket was booked they sent the mail saying it got cancelled and also called on the phone for the same reason they told was that prices for the ticket went up and they said you'll get the refund in ** to ** working days, when i contacted them and did some tweets they sent a screenshot saying refund initiated but it did not had any other information like transaction id or something then again i mailed them back and asked for the ARN number or transaction details they didn't called me and called my cousin asking them to remove the tweet and we refunded the money n all. now its january **th still i dont have any info where my money is .
