This is regarding the refund not received against the cancellation happened for the travel ticket (Ref #: REF*********). The booking and cancellation happens in the first week of Feb, however i haven’t received the refund yet.
After continuous follow ups with the support team, they informed that the refund is completed from your end and it has got credited back to the source of payment (Credit Card). However I haven’t received the payment Ben to my account and they asked to drop email for getting the transaction details for the transfer done from your end. They are not sharing the transaction details as well for the refund and for anything and everything they ask to drop a new email.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
