Travolook - Travolook didnt refund the flight booking amount Ref

Junaid Ahamed filed complaint against Travolook on May 19, 2022

had booked * tickets online in ** Dec. ****, they inform that tickets has not booked due to some technical issue and your amount will be credited in *-** days but still i have not received my money in my card as well as my wallet. I have called multiple times to customer care but they are not returning my money.

Ref no:- REF*********
Till now I haven’t received any credit of tickets price total rs. ****/-

So please initiate action against them, I want their directors chairman to teach them a lesson, there are lot of complaints against them.
