Happyfares in - Travel agent deny refund even after Airline refund full amount

I booked an Air ticket from Spice jet through happyfares by *-*-****. I cancelled the ticket by **-**-****. Upon communication to Spice jet customer service they informed INR **** refunded against cancellation. But the travel agent hesitate to refund the amount.
