I had made my booking which "failed" and is "not a cancellation from my end". The refund was supposed to be initiated for the ticket fares + the convenience fees. However, I have only received a refund for the fares so far. The Rs.*,***/- of convenience fees is still pending.
I have been constantly trying to reach out to them on call and messages. The calls get disconnected on its own and there's no response of emails/chat messages.
Please note this is a "FAILED" booking and "not a CANCELLATION".
