Unexplored Paradise PVT LTD - travel advance not refunded after agent cancelled tour

I had booked a **N/**D north east trip package for Dec **-**, **** with Unexplored paradise pvt Ltd and had paid advance in Sep ****.

I checked with them on Dec **th to get details of hotel and vehicle arrangements but was told that the person/s responsible for conducting tour have met with an accident and the company can't help. since I had * days to go for my travel to start, I kept on checking daily from Dec**-** and was told by the agency that they can't help and they will refund the advance paid in full. I was asked to contact during January *st week

I have been following up with them since then; they initially promised to refund and now have stopped responding and refused to refund. They even asked me to go legal and said they don't care

This is a serious breach of trust and deficiency of service. I request the company to return the advance paid immediately
