Unexplored Paradise Pvt Ltd - Package not delivered

I had booked a Unexplored Paradise north east trip package for Dec ** to Dec ** for * persons with Unexplored paradise pvt Ltd and had paid advance **,*** on Nov **,****

I checked with them repeatedly in Dec and last on Dec **th to get details of hotel and vehicle arrangements but didnot receive details of hotels and they stop responding to my calls.Therefore I could not travel and undertake the tour.
After that I repeatedly tried contacting and was told the person responsible for conducting tour have met with an accident and the company can't help. since I had and was told by the agency that they can't help and they will refund the advance paid in full. I was asked to contact during January *st week.
I have been following up with them since then; they initially promised to refund and now have stopped responding and refused to refund. They even asked me to go legal and said they don't care

This is a serious breach of trust and deficiency of service. I request the company to return the advance paid immediately.
