Unexplored Paradise PVT LTD - Package not delivered

I have booked the Luxury travel package to North East India from *rd Nov **** to *th Nov **** from Unexplored Paradise PVT LTD, from/to Guwahati Airport, and the details are attached below. I have paid *****/- Rs in advance by bank to bank transfer, as **% of the total package cost on ** Oct **** to following account;

At the Guwahati Airport on *rd Nov **** around * pm, agency driver came to pick up at the airport. On the way to Shillong, he stopped the cab in between and had drink bottle of Alcohol (Sharab) from the car dickey. Then he did fast driving, using abusing language with my wife & son (* years), and was asking for cash money, though we have paid *****/- Rs to the agency in advance. This was clear cut drink and fast drive case, which was illegal. We complaint to Mr Ashish, agency representative, about the same and requested to change the driver. But to our surprise, driver dropped us in the dark, in night, stranded, in unknown area with my family and our full luggage and left us. After that, we talked to Ashish, BUT HE CANCELLED OUR ENTIRE PACKAGE. Later we reached to our destination with lots of struggle to our destination in Shillong by making our own vehicle arrangement. As per Ashish, he did the payment to hotels in Cherapunji, Kaziranga and Guwahati for us, so we did go to the correspoinding hotels using our own saperate transport and found that, there was no payment at Cherapunji & Kaziranga Hotel while there was no booking at all in Guwahati. This is completely cheating and fraud case. On the goodwill of hotel management & availability of rooms, we could stay in those respective hotels in Cherapunji & Kariranga. And in Guwahati, we had to make our own arrangement for stay. Later Ashish confirm the payment at Cherapunji & Kazirnga Hotel payments of ****/- & ****/- Rs respectively (including GST), in total *****/- Rs. This is what we confirm from the hotel later on.
There is no response from the agency. I need a refund *****/- Rs from the agency. Kindly help.
