- Travbond cheated with us and gave hotel miles away ^Open

We booked a trip to Maldives from Travbond, Initially they were very polite and sales team was too quick.
So once we made a initial payment **K they gave us the flight tickets and they told the Hotel vouchers will be given later.
After * days they sent an email stating the hotel prices have surged and we were not able to do the bookings so you need to pay **K extra for the same itinerary.
Which we agreed for a resort(Paradise ** minutes away from the Male airport). In the itinerary we had discussed that it will be * day beach villa and * days water villa and the water villa should have Jacuzzi.
So after * days the increased the prices and started telling if you want to cancel there won't be any refund.
So we did not had any choice and then we tried calling them, but they told don't call us. And they asked us to reply to all email and then do all the conversation over the email.
So as we did not had any further choice we thought we'll take another resort of same quality, so they gave only one option which was thullagiri(but Jacuzzi was missing) . Then we thought ok lets go.
Then before the departure dates when we called then they gave surprise to us that "Thullagiri" was cancelled. and at this point of time we already had paid *.** lakh to them. and these guys stopped picking calls and we are left with no option again
So we discussed and tried to settle this, and they gave another resort which is *.* hours from Male.
So once we reached there we were informed that the itinerary was reversed and they did not informed about that. And then Resort informed us that the Meal plan was changed from the Travbond. So initially we discussed for a meal plan which was food and drinks(all soft + hard) and the hotel told us only food is include. We tried to call them, but no one wanted to speak, and we were having no clue in the foreign land what to do.
