Travbond travel agency - Cash not refunded for the unhappened trip

I have planned a * day trip to Andaman and Nicobar islands on May**th via travbond and they have shared us with the itinerary for the same. Once the itinerary was send they have asked for the payment for flight tickets and partial room booking and we have sent *****(via Google pay) as requested by them. However then suddenly there was raise in corona cases and curphew and travel restriction was implemented all pver the country and the scheduled plan was completed and I mailed them for the refund. However they gave me a credit note which said is valid till **** instead. Then suddenly we can to see in their website that the office is permanently closed. I have tried calling them and mail them but no response received and on calling the number they have contacted me the person answering is from different company and I really don’t know what to do and my hard earned money is with them. Kindly help me with this and get my money refunded
