dush filed complaint against Travbond travel agency on Oct 11, 2021
I had booked for Andaman trip for Month of may ****, but due to covid restrictions I had to postponed my plan to Dec ****.
I had to struggle a lot for credit note itself.
after that now when I am planning my holiday for same place in December, I am getting extra charged which never agreed before.
My earlier package was **,***/- and now same package you providing me for **K.
What I was expecting is little co-operation from agency.. but it didn't happened. When I asked them to proceed with **K and provide me itienary.. They responded me after * days.. Stating now package would be ******/-.
They are simply looting people.. I am not happy with this and I would like to initiate my refund for *****/-
I never received any timely responses neither on email nor on phone. most of the time phone went unanswered whom m co-ordinating with before booking/payment gets completed.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
