- Transaction get failure Open
On *st April I transferred Rs **** to a person holding an account at Indian bank Girinagar branch from Karnataka bank Ujire branch, using kbl mobile plus app from Karnataka bank to Indian bank. Till now it not reached them nor refunded.
I complain through app only no response. Contact Karnataka bank branch several times. There is no use. Emailed Karnataka bank helpline. No reply. Contacted Karnataka bank tollfree number they are telling nothing.
Contacted Indian bank toll-free they are telling contact branch. Contacted Indian bank Giri Nagar manager telling we are not responsible.
What else I have to do? It took more than *** days nothing happened.
