This is to inform you that I went for aadhar upgradation in karnataka bank branch indirapuram and I am facing issues from last * days. There is one employee Aabha Arya and she is doing useless work as she is not updating the aadhar card. I went day before yeaterday and she told me servers are not working and then I went today around **:** AM and she told me to bring election card for addeaa upgrade and then I came again at **:** and till yet she is giving excuses that come tomorrow and she kept my form at last and doing updation of other citizens who camr after me and when I have told her she told me they have an appointement and you dont have.
If it is an appointment based then why she was entertaining me from last * days.
I am working in IT firm and came from last * days. Please look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action agains her.
They are doing public services and showing attitude to public only.
