missing parcel since ** Oct **** . . I have mailed ,and called to all possible phone numbers and email addresses of trackon i could find on their site and google. i havent received any reply yet. Kindly help me get my claims. Total amount of contents is **** Rs and courier charges is ***rs. Receipts and claim letter already shared with trackon and with previous complaints on this consumer site.I AM AGAIN PUTTING UP THIS ISSUE AS THE COMPANY HAS NOT GIVEN MY CLAIM YET . MORE THAN * MONTHS NOW SINCE MISSING PARCEL. This is the *rd time I am highlighting this issue on consumer complaint platform , Hope trackon solves it at the earliest now .Thank you.
