ANANTA ASSOCIATES filed complaint against Trackon Courier on Nov 17, 2024
Hi Sir,
I am Ambuj (RECEIVER) here from ANANTA ASSOCIATES SATNA-******-MADHYAPRADESH
WE spoked regarding my missed parcel parcel
Our parcel having ** box has been shipped from HOSUR- Tamilnadu to SATNA-******- Madhya Pradesh dated on- **/**/****
Still it is showing IN TRANSIT TO DELHI AIRPORT HUB status but after search he have got our ** boxes dated on-**/**/****.
Still our one main box is missing and showing the same status-N TRANSIT TO DELHI AIRPORT HUB.
We have words with Delhi airport hub (DAH) branch Mr. Puran-and he said DAH not received the box.
As per him there is ** Bag having our **KG Box and *.*kg any other customer box is missing that means the entire bag is not received at Delhi.
As Per him may be it is in bangalore or somewhere else.
He has given me the MISSED BAG CALL ORDER NUMBER- INDEX and also told that the bag is shipped with AIR INDIA. He said bangalore team can easily search with the call order number where that bag is.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
