Trackon Courier - Package not Delivered

Have booked a sample to Khordha from Delhi via number ************ on **th August ****. Consignement was an important sample to be delivered at Naval Base Army Personnel. No confirmation was given to us while booking and when we tracked ots delivery status, its showing Undelivered lying at Bhubneshwar since **th aug due to area not serviciable. Have tried a lot but no one from Trackon contacted and inspite of all our efforts same is not getting delivered. Bhubneshwar officials at Trackon are not picking calls once they know the case.
Due to this not only we are suffer loss of business but also reputation. Request is being made to kindly help us
