I made a purchase on **/**, but I still haven't received it. After confirming the payment, they sent me a tracking number that does not exist, whenever I try to track it, a message appears saying "no data found". I try to contact the company through e-mails informed on the site, one of them does not exist and the other no one has ever answered me, the telephone number informed on the site does not exist either.
I would like a refund of the payment, as it seems that the product will never arrive and the company's lack of respect for the customer.
