Hello Sir,
I have been facing Touch screen display problem since last * months, first time when I have get in touch with HP they rejected my onsite warranty, they said this issue is unintentional.. after many time calls & mails with photo they have agreed to replace my touch screen display but since * Nov. they are just sending wrong part every time. last time on **rd Dec (*th visit with wrong part) the technical engineer had cracked my screen when he was trying to replace new display but new one also wrong spare part.
after that I was not ready to allow engineer for replacing with wrong part but HP service center head have requested many time that he has checked it and its compatible but it was also wrong spare part. I have mentioned many times that it was wrong part but HP Service center is not providing right solution.
Please help me out. I am working as freelancer on advertising agency and its effecting on my regular work.
