I bought an HP laptop about *.* years ago, which worked well till about a year ago, when it started abruptly rebooting with a blue screen. My Laptop is under valid warranty. HP support engineers tried everything including reformatting to changing motherboard but issue could not be resolved. Now HP is just killing time and not helping me close this issue. I also requested them to upgrade me for a differential cost since they are not able to close the issue. However, they are just killing time now (I think) for my warranty to expire and throw away the issue. PATHETIC experience. I talked to support managers also *-* times, they promise to help but no resolution. I am quite frustrated, and now I think rather than taking a compromising attitude, I should suit them for all the harassment.
