First of all my complaint was regarding the overheating and the swelling in the keypad which i dont know how it happens. But just after i told you people that after swelling in the keypad when i touched it, automatically cracks and for just one damge keypad which was swell due to your laptop heating and i unintentionally touched it, they put all blame on me and they forgot what their customer is complaining about. This is the worst service you people giving to your customer.
Your Executive Mr. Manish Soni from jabalpur and Service Engineer Mr. Pradeep from shahdol was so rude to me. They were trying to make me culprit in a conference call. They both together was trying to convince me that was my fault and i am dumb and dont know how to use laptop. They were okay with if i am angry or i am not happy with the service they told me - "they dont care". Also Mr. Pradeep, service engineer visited my house and at that time keypad was not came out he self took out to take pictures and told me that this is just to show my superiors.
And now they were denying to give me any service. And asking me how it happens they dont know the faults so they dont provide any service.
