Have placed a mobile phone (one plus **pro) order from Flipkart
Company on **-**-**** , whose order number is OD******************
Whose delivery was received by me on **-**-**** But I got absolutely
wrong product. Whose complaint I made to Flipkart ** minutes after the
product was delivered. After which my return request was accepted by
Flipkart company on the date **-**-****. After which on **-**-**** I
received a message from Ekart Company on my registered mobile number
that today your product will be pickup. And in the afternoon I got a
call from pickup boy and the product was picked up from me (screenshot
of the message and call details of pickup boy are attached to the
letter). But on date **-**-**** the return request was canceled by
Flipkart company and refused to refund the money. I was told by the
Flipkart company that the product was not pickup, which is a sheer
lie. Because the return request was canceled after ** days of
accepting the return request. Had I refused to get the product
shipped, the return request would not have been canceled after **
days. After which I asked Flipkart company many times to send proof of
money refund campaign and product not being pickup. But till date the
Flipkart company neither refunded the money nor sent any proof of the
product not being pickup. Legal notice was sent by me to Flipkart
Company by post on **-**-**** . Whose registry number is RH*********IN
But till date I have not received any reply even to the legal notice.
Me and my family are mentally disturbed from last * months because of
Flipkart company. That's why you please check and get my money
refunded please.
