We would like to get to your Notice that Torrent Power Ltd Customer Account Service Number ********* hacked our Paytm account has remitted electricity bill charges of Rs **,***.** to Torrent Power Ltd through transaction Operator Reference Number: PT******B**BYRGOHDJD.
Once we realized the same day we reached out to Torrent Power Ltd shared the Paytm Transaction statement and the consumer account number, Bangalore Police FIR on email marking to cs@torrentpower.com,consumerforum@torrentpower.com,cybercell@paytm.com. **th April **** we got a call from costumer support that refund can happen if we file the case with Cyber Crime .. Following the instruction we filed the case in Bangalore Cyber crime and same was informed to Torrent Power Ltd. On **st April **** we got a call from Torrent Power Ltd, u can reach out to anyone even to CBI we wont be able to chargeback. Consumer Electric Meter number is provided and we have shared the costumer name which we found from their website.. Torrent Power Ltd is not ready to take action against the customer who has hacked our paytm and remitted his bills.. Hacker tried paying two more utility bills of Torrent Power Ltd which was unsuccessful . Yesterday, i have filed the same to Jana Seva Surksha kendra.. When details of the hacker is available with Torrent Power and still no action are taken against him.
