Dear Sir,
My house is located in,Mumbra,kausa,Thane district. Since our meter line is completely disconnected by torrent since * months we have been rigorously charged bills and our bills have been very highly charged and the bills stands at ***,***/-.The bills are so high that though the meter is diconnected and our door is locked since a year,our bill amount is being compounded in several thousands every month.
Even after going through multiple rounds at the torrent office located,in Mumbra,Reti Bunder ,Thane,the authorities sitting there are least bothered and are busy enjoying their chit chat spree without even listening to our complaints..
