Torrent Power Limited - Unauthorised Connection Given to a Person Not removing

This is to complaint that Torrent Power Limited Agra has issued an unauthorised electricity connection without the consent of the rightful owner of the property and now they are not removing the connection even after so many requests being made to them by physically going to the Torrent Power Limited office located at * Mahatma Gandhi Road Suresh Plaza Market, opp. Near, Raghunath Nagar, Sanjay Place, Civil Lines, Agra, Uttar Pradesh ******, but they are now demanding the NOC from the rightful owner of the property to remove the connection of unauthorised person and are even threatning to impose penalty on us and did not want to listen to our grievance now, they have provided the connection to such unauthorised person even after objection made by the rightful owner of the property and providing the application to the torrent office for not issuing the electricity connection to such unauthorised person but still they have done so.
