Utsav Singh filed complaint against Tata on May 12, 2023
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the recent billing statement I received from your company. As a customer who has availed of your services, I was disappointed to find that I have been charged for a service that was supposed to be free of cost.
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I had purchased a Tata vehicle and was informed by your representative that the vehicle came with a free service package for a certain duration. However, I was charged for a service during this free period, which is not acceptable.
I believe that this charge is in violation of the agreement between us, and I request that the amount charged be refunded immediately. I also request that you investigate this matter to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
I have always trusted Tata Motors and believe that your company values its customers and their satisfaction. I hope that you will take prompt action to resolve this issue and restore my faith in your company.
