Tata - Faulty Cars sold

Dear All,
I am not saying that I am happy that I am a customer of TATA NEXON *.* EV MAX XZ+, but from the start the car is not under our control and while driving it stops suddenly, so in the internal computer they got a bad command so that there is a sudden loop in the programming and The car mode automatically converts from drive to neutral mode and the car stops in the same position i.e. in the middle of the road and the red / orange triangle signal is flashing, then you can't work and your car can't control your hands so the rear Other vehicles may touch. Horning and RTO gives fine and another person speaks bad language to us. We faced more than ** times when this happened. About ** months into our car workshop and mr. Ashutosh Bharadwaj - Senior at TATA Motors always puts words that they will improve, but frankly they also play bad games with us. They took * times in the workshop and almost they keep our car for * days to * days each time and their team is learning from our cars.
Because of the above is the fact that I spend ** lakhs and buy said above car for Tata Motors workshop, because so far the total km is **** but Tata workshop team drives more than *** km to learn or they keep more than * days every time what do they do. Do not know. But the result is still not positive and the fault is still the same.
The defect is serious and as per Road Ministry rules driving in city or highways is not allowed if your car is not under your control. When I ask everyone that this car is out of control and suddenly stopped while driving and after that not come Drive Mode as computer is damage inside the car, but TATA motors team told us that please drive more and more and they are failed to repair, so in case of accident what reason we write and if any death can happen from this car who is responsible. . Because the car is not under our control.
I also had the CC Ministry and RTO, so I need a reply / Input from them as well.
