Tata - Defective car delivered

I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a critical transmission issue in my new TATA Nexon Creative S DCA, purchased in December ****. The vehicle has run only *,*** km, and I have already encountered this issue twice, including today.
The problem I faced is highly concerning and poses a serious safety risk:
The vehicle suddenly shifted to Neutral mode from Drive mode while in motion.
No gear was able to shift, leaving the car stranded on the road.
This issue is extremely dangerous and could lead to life-threatening situations.
I previously reported this issue to the service center, and they merely reset the error code two weeks ago without any permanent resolution. However, today, the same error occurred again, and it is logged in the car’s system.
To address this, I have dropped my vehicle at the following service center:
Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Garve
Nalanda IT Park, Gr Floor, Nalanda IT Park, Phase *, Marunji Road, Hinjewadi, Pune - ******
I request you to thoroughly investigate and resolve this issue permanently. Kindly escalate this matter to the concerned authorities at Tata Motors, as this is a serious reliability and safety concern in a brand-new vehicle.
