Ubereats - Took extra time then bieng told

Dear ubereats I am a customer of yours and I am not satisfied with your service let me tell you why so ....so here's the thing I ordered * burgers today at *:** pm and after exactly ** minutes Uber is giving me a call to tell me that the vehicle on which my order was coming had some issues so they told me to order again and i asked will it take same time like more ** minutes and they said no it will be short we'll deliver it ASAP so i said ok i will order again and i ordered at around *:** and it was delivered at *:** so i had to wait for more than * hour for my order ...so tell me one thing where is my fault in this i can understand that the vehicle got some issue so i had ordered again i have no issue with that but taking almost same time actually more to diliever something that was on the way is not done i want you to tell me why did i had to wait for * hour when there was no need of this much time i want you to reply me and tell is this how you deal customers....is this what ubereats is giving us .....??????
